Powerhand SL sleeper (plate) grabs have been specifically designed and built for the task of sleeper handling making the Powerhand SL range the perfect rail roader attachment for handling railway sleepers.
Working height restrictions from overhead wires on the railway infrastructure have resulted in an extremely compact design, allowing the Powerhand plate grabs to work within safe work zone limits.
Stacks of sleepers can easily be lifted with the SL75 and SL100 or, where height is a real issue, the SL1 plate grab has been designed for single railway sleeper handling, further reducing height and allowing the job to be done in the most cramped of rail network environments.
A robust design on the Powerhand sleeper grabs allows the efficient digging out of old sleepers.
