New Powerhand VRS80 Dexterity Grapple Added to the Range

We’re proud to announce the launch of our latest innovation, the Powerhand VRS80, the newest and most compact member of our internationally renowned Vehicle Recycling System (VRS) range.
The Powerhand VRS80 has been purpose-built for 6 to 10 tonne excavators. It’s a dexterity grapple designed to meet the growing demand for precise sorting and dismantling of complex end-of-life products before shredding. Despite its smaller size, it features an impressive 600 mm opening span and the same build quality and performance our customers expect from Powerhand attachments.
From engines and electrical units to white goods and mixed scrap, the VRS80 brings powerful dismantling capabilities to smaller excavators.
Designed for Modern Day Waste Streams
This product development was driven by what we’re seeing on the ground.

Expanding a Trusted Range
The VRS80 joins our well-established VRS line-up, which includes the VRS140, VRS180, and VRS200. These attachments are trusted by operators around the world for dismantling end-of-life vehicles and recovering high-value components like engines and wiring looms.
Like the rest of the range, the VRS80 features our signature plier-style grapple design. A fixed leg holds the part in place, while the moving leg grips with precision to remove even tightly packed components. The design gives the operator full visibility, making it possible to dismantle complex products using just one machine and reducing the need for manual labour.
With the addition of the VRS80, our VRS range now supports machines from 6 to 30 tonnes. This gives operators more flexibility to choose the right tool for the job, depending on machine size, application, and throughput requirements.
